Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee — ₹50 per order
No COD fee applies on prepaid orders

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods may experience slight processing delays.
Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Remote / rural / hard-to-reach locations may take slightly longer.
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

Incomplete or unreachable delivery addresses
In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended.
Customers are responsible for providing:
Correct shipping address
Active mobile number
Accessible delivery location
Orders not delivered due to incorrect details will not be eligible for refund. Re-shipping charges may apply.
If the courier marks the order as:
Unreachable
Refused
Not accepted
Delivery attempted but failed
The order may be cancelled or re-shipped based on customer confirmation.
In such cases, additional shipping or COD charges may apply.
