Refund policy

At Unseen Fit, we strive to deliver quality products and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Product Disclaimer

Due to screen differences and fabric processing, the product may differ by 5–10% in color, texture, or print from the images shown on our website and social platforms.
Minor issues like loose threads, slight print variation, or minor finishing marks are natural and do not qualify as defects.

2. Eligibility for Exchange / Return

We accept exchange or return requests ONLY under the following conditions:

✅ Damaged product received
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Wrong size delivered
✅ Wrong color delivered

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

❌ Personal dislike
❌ Change of mind
❌ Incorrect choice while ordering
❌ Minor threading or stitching issues
❌ Color/print variation within 5–10%
❌ Fabric texture difference expectations

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Policy)

To process any complaint, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

• The complete sealed parcel from all sides

• The shipping label

• Opening the package in one continuous shot (no cuts, pauses, or edits)

• The product clearly visible

❌ No video = No return / No exchange / No refund
❌ If the seal is opened before recording, the request will be rejected.

4. Return / Exchange Window

All return or exchange requests must be raised within:

🕒 24 hours of delivery

Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer FREE exchange only in the following cases:

• Wrong size sent

• Wrong color sent

• Wrong product sent

• Damaged product

If a customer receives the correct product but still wishes to exchange:

• A ₹200 handling fee will be charged

• Shipping charges must be borne by the customer

• Exchange is subject to product availability

6. Refund Policy

❗ We DO NOT provide refunds to the original payment method.

For approved cases, refunds will be provided ONLY as:

✅ 100% Store Credit
OR
✅ Gift Voucher (valid for future purchases)

Store credit or gift vouchers are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

7. Return / Exchange Will Be Rejected If:

❌ Product is worn, washed, or used
❌ Tags or original packaging are missing
❌ Wrong product is returned by customer
❌ Unboxing video is missing
❌ Seal is opened before recording
❌ Request made after 24 hours
❌ Product shows signs of damage by customer
